alton was a great host. the room was super clean with tea, coffee, and chocolate drinks available. fresh milk and bottled water were in the fridge.

I found fresh milk inside the mini fridge in my room. The breakfast included perfectly cooked poached eggs. Alton is a lovely host and was always available when needed.
The bed was firmer than I prefer.

warm greeting lovely decoration fridge addition freshly cooked breakfast
alton greeted me so warmly, helping with my luggage. my room, the 'double room second floor', shone with cleanliness and lovely decorations. i found a fridge inside, what a thoughtful touch most hotels miss! breakfast was freshly cooked, a true delight.
I noticed a faint smell of dogs upon entering. It was very slight, yet noticeable.

charming stay

stocked fridge hallway unit tram stop
alton showed us the car park upon our late arrival thanks to journey issues. the room provided what we needed including a fridge already stocked with milk. an extra unit in the hallway offered tea, coffee, and sugar. i found books and games which was a welcome addition and a short walk away from the south pier, located near tram stops.
The room had insufficient soundproofing. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

Super clean Rooms Near Promenade

Alton greeted me warmly. The room was super clean. The room included a mini fridge with fresh milk. The bed was firm. Breakfast was cooked fresh and tasted nice. Alton helped with bags. He gave recommendations about the sand dunes.
The vintage decor had a slightly musty odor in some areas of the guesthouse.
